Change the operation method of quenching tempering
The common machine equipment for heat treatment is conveyor belt continuous quenching equipment. The original heat treatment method is to scatter the product pieces into the net, the customized suspension bearing products are extruded formed in the whole process of heating, resulting in deformation. After heat treatment refrigeration, the ground stress is released, the deformation is very large. Therefore, it is necessary to extrude each other by changing the scattered layout of product workpieces into plane drawing during heat treatment. Moreover, before heat treatment, a process flow of de geostress quenching (annealing temperature 500 ~ 600 ℃, thermal insulation for 3 ~ 4h) is promoted to remove the ground stress caused by cold extrusion. After several times of heat treatment certification, the compliance rate reached 80%.
