The heat treatment strength of both sides is 60HRC, no soft band is allowed. The critical heat treatment temperature of the steel is 1050 ℃, which is easy to overtemperature. The bearing of Benz shock absorber produces 6 ferrite thick crystal structure, which greatly reduces the impact toughness of the steel. The operating heat treatment temperature is 950 ℃ the quenching temperature is 600 ℃. After heat treatment, all normal mechanisms are quenched sorbite (with sufficient compressive strength high wear resistance) undissolved ferrite distributed along rolling direction during heat treatment. After heat treatment, the compressive strength ductility of the steel match well, maintain a certain degree of corrosion resistance.
