1. Check the condition of common shock absorber tools before application

2. Fix the total range of the shock absorber on the common tools.

a. Torque reduction nut to determine the spring fixture to meet the inseparable.

b. Tighten the small nut, always pay attention to the spring yellow situation.

3. Disassembly assembly of shock absorber mounting nuts:

a. Make sure that the spring yellow the shock absorber rod are in dispersion.

b. Make sure that the spring yellow the fixture are firm. .

c. Remove the nut with the commonly used tools for dismounting the shock absorber nut.

4. Install shock absorber:

a. Confirm the installation position of shock absorber, thrust bearing buffer block.

b. Remove the shock absorber nut of the front suspension shock absorber bearing with the special tool. Make sure that the nut is tight.

c. Loosen the clamp gradually until the spring band is separated the clamp, correct the installation position of shock absorber, shock absorber bearing, thrust bearing buffer block in time.

5. Key points for attention:

a. During the whole operation process, the operator shall be on both sides of the shock absorber, at both ends of the shock absorber, the work shall be completed in the assembly repair room, there shall be no other irrelevant personnel around.
