Common shock absorber test bench
According to the shaker composed of motor, rack, flywheel of energy storage pump elastic yellow, the plane bearing effect drives the cabinet table the shock absorption equipment of the tested vehicle to cause vibration. After a few seconds of start-up, the switching power supply of the motor is cut off, the flywheel of the energy storage pump causes sweep frequency excitation. Because the frequency of the plane bearing oiled motor is higher than the resonance frequency of the wheel, the whole process of the sweep frequency excitation of the flywheel of the energy storage pump with the effect of plane bearing can sweep to the original vibration frequency of the wheel, then cause the common vibration of the cabinet table top automobile system. According to the vibration curve of oil offset of force plane bearing in the whole process of testing vibration attenuation coefficient after excitation, the characteristics of frequency attenuation coefficient can be obtained, the working characteristics of shock absorber of shock absorber can be distinguished.
